The Pass Card system is in operation on racedays. Additional badges are available on request at a discounted cost of £13 or £15 on Feature Days and £17 on Music Days. Please contact 01673 843434 with any badge enquiries.

Welcome & Liaison Point
Advice and information about all aspects of the course is available at the Owners & Trainers entrance.

Owners & Trainers Bar
Is available for Owners & Trainers with runners on the day. Excellently located midway between the Winners Enclosure and the Parade Ring, it has fantastic views of the track. We are pleased to offer complimentary Tea and Coffee and a hot buffet is available with prices starting at £6.25.

Winning Connections
The Racecourse Chairman invites all winning owners for a celebratory glass of champagne along with an opportunity to review the race. One DVD of the race will be given to the winning connections and a complimentary photograph will be forwarded at a later date. If you require further copies of any race, please inform a member of staff in the Racecourse Office before the end of the day. These extra copies are £10 per DVD.

Stabling & Stable Lads' Hostel
The course has 86 stables and availability for overnight stabling. The Stable Lads' Hostel can sleep a maximum of 16 and now includes televisions in each room. The Hostel is available for Stable Staff who have horses staying at the course. Overnight accommodation must be booked in advance on 01673 843434 - and the allowance is for one lad or lass per horse, plus a driver (depending upon availability of beds). These must be booked by completing the overnight stabling form and faxed across to the Racecourse Office before 1pm the day before raceday.

A charge may be levied for horses stabled which are not declared to run on the day.

Brocklesby Suite Restaurant

Owners are allocated 2 free table reservations per horse running, any additional places can be reserved for £5 per head payable in advance. To book your table please call the Racecourse Office on 01673 843434 after declarations close stating that you are an Owner or Trainer with your horses name.
